About Me

Welcome!  I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area and bring a warm, grounded presence to my work supporting others on their wellness journeys. As a wellness enthusiast, empath, and creative problem solver, I understand that true well-being isn't about perfection—it's about finding sustainable ways to care for yourself amid life's demands.

Through my own four decades of experience, I have discovered that feeling at my best comes down to a few key practices: moving my body, eating nourishing food, staying grounded, and maintaining meaningful connections with those I care about. My passion lies in helping others build and sustain these same foundational habits in their busy lives, so they too can show up as their best selves.

My professional journey has taken me across the healthcare, public school, and non-profit sectors, where I have worked to support and empower people from diverse backgrounds to enhance their health and well-being. This breadth of experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges people face and the creative solutions that can help them thrive.

I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Master's in Public Health from UC Berkeley, with formal training in social welfare and public health nutrition. This strong educational foundation, combined with my natural empathy and problem-solving skills, allows me to meet clients where they are and guide them toward lasting, meaningful change.

I live with my husband, son, and dog in Alameda, CA. In my spare time, I enjoy trying new recipes (always crossing my fingers that my whole family will like them) and exploring the beauty and diversity that northern California has to offer.
